Prepare for Alberta’s Care-First auto insurance model with this six-part online course developed by the Government of Alberta. It gives general insurance brokers and agents the foundational knowledge to advise clients and guide them through claims under Care-First.

How it works
Complete all six parts in order. Each part ends with a quiz, and you need 80% or higher to pass. You get two attempts per quiz. If you don’t pass, you’ll need to restart that part before trying again.
Who it’s for
Required for AIC General Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Designated Representative licensees. Non-Alberta resident agents and adjusters holding an AIC license must also complete it to renew.
Credits
Earn 15 CE credits for General licenses upon completing all six parts, satisfying your annual AIC Continuing Education requirement.
